How sessions are designed

Sessions are designed to feel calm, clear and supportive from the very beginning. Every lesson is shaped around the individual, with time to settle, understand what is being asked, and build confidence at a pace that feels manageable.

My teaching follows the EDGE approach - Explain, Demonstrate, Gentle Guidance and Explore.

Helping each swimmer learn through clear instructions, visual demonstration, and time to experience movement for yourself.

Rather than rushing or simply focusing on swimming lengths, sessions are built around confidence, ease, body awareness, breathing and technique, creating a more thoughtful and encouraging way for adults to learn and improve.
